About this Holy Land — Jerusalem trip

A deeply moving journey through the places at the heart of the Gospels. Spend three nights by the Sea of Galilee, where Jesus called His disciples, preached the Beatitudes and calmed the storm, with visits to Capernaum, Tabgha, Nazareth, Cana and Mount Tabor and a renewal of baptismal vows at the Jordan. Then go down through Jericho and float in the Dead Sea before four nights in Jerusalem for the Mount of Olives, Gethsemane, the Via Dolorosa and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, with a day in Bethlehem at the Church of the Nativity. A spiritual director travels with the group and daily Holy Mass is arranged at the holy sites.

Frequently asked questions

Do Indians need a visa for Israel?

Yes. Indian passport holders need an Israeli tourist visa applied through the Embassy/consulate before travel. We prepare a group file with the itinerary and guarantee letter.

Is it safe to travel?

We follow the Government of India and local advisories closely. Departures only run when the advisory allows travel, and itineraries are adjusted if any area is restricted. If a departure is cancelled for safety reasons we offer a full credit or refund as per our policy.

Can we visit Bethlehem from Israel?

Yes. Bethlehem is in the Palestinian territories, a short drive from Jerusalem. Our coach crosses the checkpoint and a licensed local guide accompanies the group there.

Is daily Mass arranged?

Yes. Our spiritual director celebrates Mass at a holy site each day, including places such as Tabgha, Mount Tabor, Gethsemane and Shepherds' Field, subject to booking slots.

Is vegetarian food available?

Yes. Hotel buffets include plenty of salads, hummus, falafel and vegetables. We arrange Indian dinners on two evenings and can request vegetarian or Jain meals.

Is the walking difficult for seniors?

The Old City has steps and uneven stone lanes, and the Via Dolorosa takes about two hours at a slow pace. Seniors manage well with rest breaks; tell us about mobility needs in advance.
