About this Golden Triangle trip
The Golden Triangle is India at its most iconic, and it's the trip most families take first. Two nights in Delhi cover Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb and a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk. In Agra you'll see the Taj Mahal at sunrise and Agra Fort, then continue past the abandoned Mughal capital of Fatehpur Sikri to Jaipur for Amber Fort, City Palace and the pink façade of Hawa Mahal. Well-paced drives on expressways keep the travel time comfortable.

Frequently asked questions
Which day is the Taj Mahal closed?
Every Friday, for prayers. We plan the Agra day around it so you never miss it.
What can't I carry into the Taj Mahal?
Food, tobacco, tripods, drones and large bags are not allowed. Phones and small cameras are fine. Lockers are available at the gates.
Is it too hot in summer?
April to June often crosses 42°C. Mornings and evenings are still manageable, but October to March is far more comfortable.
Can we start from Hyderabad by train?
Yes. The Telangana Express and Rajdhani reach Delhi overnight. Just let us know your arrival time and we'll adjust the pickup.
Is it suitable for seniors?
Yes. Distances inside monuments are walkable, and battery carts run from the Taj parking. Wheelchairs can be hired at the Taj and Agra Fort.
