Do Indians need a visa for Malaysia?

Indian passport holders currently enjoy visa-free entry for up to 30 days, an arrangement Malaysia has extended to 31 December 2026. You must submit the free Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) online within 3 days before arrival.

Is Batu Caves difficult to climb?

There are 272 steep steps to the Temple Cave. Take it slowly; seniors can enjoy the giant Murugan statue and lower temples without climbing. Shorts and sleeveless tops are not allowed — sarongs can be rented.

Is Indian food easy to find?

Very. Brickfields in KL is 'Little India', and banana-leaf meals, dosas and North Indian food are available in both KL and Langkawi.

Is Langkawi good for kids?

Yes — calm beaches, the cable car, eagle feeding and the Underwater World aquarium in Cenang are all child-friendly.
