Frequently asked questions

What documents and vaccinations are required?

A passport valid for at least six months, recent passport photos and a meningococcal ACWY vaccination certificate (taken at least 10 days before travel). We arrange the Umrah visa and Nusuk registration; Saudi health insurance is included.

Where do we enter Ihram?

Flights from Hyderabad cross the Miqat (Yalamlam/Qarn al-Manazil) in the air. Men change into Ihram at Hyderabad airport, and everyone makes Niyyah when the crew announces the Miqat. Our group leader briefs you before departure.

Can women travel without a mahram?

Under current Saudi rules, women aged 18 and above may perform Umrah without a mahram when travelling with an organised group like ours. We seat and room ladies together and assign a female coordinator.

How do we visit the Rawdah?

Entry to Riyadh ul Jannah needs a time-slot permit booked on the Nusuk app. We book slots for the whole group as soon as they open, separately for men and women.

Is the package suitable for elderly parents?

Yes. Hotels are within walking distance, we provide wheelchair guidance and the Haramain train makes the Makkah–Madinah journey comfortable. Please tell us about any mobility needs when booking so we can request lower floors.

Can we travel in Ramadan?

Yes, we run Ramadan and last-10-nights departures. Prices are higher and hotels fill early, so book 3–4 months ahead.
