About this Shirdi Sai Baba & Shani Shingnapur trip
Shirdi, where Sai Baba lived for about sixty years, draws devotees of every faith, and Shani Shingnapur — the village famous for its doorless houses — sits just 70 km away. This four-day package from Mumbai covers both in an easy rhythm. You arrive in Shirdi in time for the evening Dhoop Aarti, and the next morning have pre-booked paid darshan at the Samadhi Mandir followed by Dwarkamai, Chavadi, Gurusthan and Lendi Baug. In the afternoon you drive to Shani Shingnapur to offer oil to the open-air shila. Day three goes to Trimbakeshwar, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and the source of the Godavari, and then to Panchavati in Nashik for Ramkund, Kalaram temple and Sita Gufa. You drive back to Mumbai on the last day. Private AC car throughout, hotels walking distance from the Shirdi temple complex, and vegetarian meals.
Private car from Mumbai, Sai Baba darshan and aarti, Shani Shingnapur, Trimbakeshwar and Nashik's Panchavati.

Frequently asked questions
How do darshan and aarti passes work in Shirdi?
Free darshan is always available but queues can take 2–5 hours on busy days. The Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust sells paid darshan and limited aarti passes online; we book them with each devotee's ID once you confirm. Aarti passes sell out quickly on Thursdays and holidays.
Can women offer oil at Shani Shingnapur?
Yes. Since 2016 the platform has been open to all devotees regardless of gender. Oil and other offerings can be bought at the stalls outside.
Is there a dress code at Trimbakeshwar?
For general darshan modest clothing is fine. Entry into the inner sanctum, when permitted, is usually limited to men wearing a dhoti (sovale) at specific hours. Rules change with crowd conditions, so we'll update you closer to the date.
Can we skip Trimbakeshwar and do only Shirdi and Shani Shingnapur?
Yes — we can shorten this to a 2-night trip from Mumbai or Pune and reprice it accordingly.
Can we fly or take a train to Shirdi instead?
Shirdi has an airport with flights from a few cities, and Sainagar Shirdi railway station is a short drive from the temple. Tell us your preference and we'll adjust the transfers.
